You agree to use GeistNowChef services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in activities that would harm other users or violate applicable laws.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account with GeistNowChef or enroll in a program, you accept responsibility for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access credentials.

GeistNowChef may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or non-payment for services, subject to any applicable notice requirements.

Services

GeistNowChef provides inner leadership training, workshops, coaching, and related digital resources for business owners. Program descriptions on GeistNowChef.pro describe scope, duration, and expected outcomes but do not constitute guarantees of specific results.

We may change features, content, or delivery methods for programs. Participants will be informed of material changes relevant to their enrollment where feasible.

Programs are subject to availability and minimum participant requirements. GeistNowChef will notify registrants of any cancellations or rescheduling and provide options such as program credit or refund where applicable.

Community and participation rules

To maintain a constructive learning environment, participants must follow these rules during GeistNowChef events and online interactions.

• Respectful and professional conduct toward facilitators and fellow participants
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
• Confidentiality for personal stories shared in group settings unless consent is given
• No unauthorized recording of sessions unless explicitly permitted
• Use program materials for personal development and not for commercial redistribution
• Comply with instructions from GeistNowChef facilitators and staff
• Report concerns or violations promptly to GeistNowChef through the contact channels

User content

Participants may share content such as comments, exercises, or feedback during programs. By contributing, you grant GeistNowChef certain rights to use that content as described below.

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit, subject to the rights you grant to GeistNowChef in these terms.

By submitting content, you grant GeistNowChef a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content for purposes of delivering services, promoting programs, and improving offerings.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights, contain illegal material, or violate these terms.

GeistNowChef may remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. We will attempt to notify the contributor when practical.

Intellectual property

All GeistNowChef activity, program materials, curricula, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Paid services

Participants may cancel registration in accordance with the cancellation policy stated for each program. Cancellation terms, deadlines, and any applicable fees will be communicated at time of booking.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with purchases, unless GeistNowChef specifies otherwise in writing.

GeistNowChef may update prices for future program offerings; changes will not affect confirmed bookings made prior to the price change unless required by law.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid program content or denial of participation until payment issues are resolved.

Limitation of liability
